The knot you feel after a long run isn't in your head — it's deep in your gastroc. The angled head and 10mm amplitude reach the soleus without grinding on your shin.

QUADS & IT BAND

Five minutes, not fifty

Roll out quads, hip flexors, and IT band in one round. The fork head isolates the IT band so you can stop doing the weird foam-roller-against-a-wall thing.

Questions runners actually ask

How is this different from a Theragun?

Three things. First, it's one-third the price — we don't pay retail markup or celebrity endorsements. Second, it's lighter (1.5 lbs vs 2.2) and quieter (under 55dB) so it actually lives in your run bag. Third, it's built specifically for the muscle groups runners actually use: calves, soleus, quads, IT band. We skipped the back/shoulder marketing and the app.

Is it actually quiet enough for apartments and run clubs?

Yes. Under 55 decibels — roughly the volume of a normal conversation. You can take a work call while using it. You can use it at a post-run cafe meetup without being the person everyone turns to look at.

How long does the battery last?

Six hours of continuous use on medium speed. For most runners that's roughly a month of post-run sessions between charges. Charges in 90 minutes over USB-C (the same cable as your phone, not a proprietary brick).

Can I take it on a plane?

Yes, carry-on only. The lithium-ion battery is under the 100 Wh TSA / CAA limit so it's cleared for cabin use. Fits in the same pocket as your running shoes in a marathon travel bag.

What's included?
